  Very disappointed. Ive shopping at this Jewels for years never had an experience. Im assuming this person was a security guard, he never identified who he was but before I even entered the store heard a man screaming yo yo yo. I ignored him because he wasnt even in the store. But he followed in the store sayin hey im talking to you. asked me did I work there and I said no. He told me cant bring my book we dont allow book bags in the store. Ive been. Shopping here for years always brought me bag in the store. He claimed it wasn't personal. My bag was in a so call bag check which basically in a corner on crate. The only the one there. . meanwhile ive seen at least 3 other people with book bags in the store. If this is an official policy your staff needs to do a better job at making sure other people know its official store policy , but because it could feel personal to some.

  the store is not very clean all the time and then sometimes you have to search for items that should be only one shelter on the wrong shelf therefore you have to ask people for it is and they're not willing to help all the time

  On Saturday June 13th at 1:30pm the deli placed descent chicken tenders on top of overcooked, old, disgusting tenders. Insane. I bought these for a little gathering, and unfortunately you can’t even trust a grocery store to have fresh food. It’s warranted to call public health for poor quality and for tricking me, having the top of the bucket display fresh tenders while the tenders in the middle and bottom were inappropriately sold to me.   Hi and thank you. I shop Jewel at 95 th and Stony Island avenue. When I go in the store to purchase certain items that I get all the time, the items are never there! The whole milk is empty too many times. Thank you for allowing me to express.

  The staff is great however, the seafood I purchased has been spoiled on several occasions. Today I visited this location for king crabs and they smelled like ammonia. I don’t understand why they don’t keep these type of items frozen to prevent this.
