This is the second time I have clipped the coupon before coming into the store. I’ve made sure to pick the correct item. Input my phone number at check out and I still get charged regular price. I even checked with the cashier today to make sure I got the coupons and she lied to my face and said I did. Only to come home and see that I paid full price. It’s on me for not double checking but I kinda didn’t think I had too. Getting lied to kinda was it for me.
- MBML BFJun 10, 20261.0I'm honestly pretty done with this location. Numerous items are regularly out of stock, and It takes them 3-5 days to restock out of stock items. Not this, they dont seem to have a set time that hot deli food is put out. Why arent the chicken nuggets available at noon (no they weren't out, see the picture)? Someone from the deli even said "does anyone even work here?" When discussing sparse scheduling of employees with other coworkers, which I suspected. So either A) they dont staff enough employees, B) they dont order shipment regularly enough, or C) both. In addition, one of the exit door has been broken for over a year. Why is it that you can hold bags hostage "because people are stealing them," but you can't fix a door? Use the funds from the $7.20 you're charging for a bag of popcorn--which is nearly $3 more than marianos. Absolutely ridiculous.
