  They'd cram more product promotion stacks in there if they could. This aisle invasion is fairly new making cart navigation problematic. The sales team/VP needs to back off in this regard.

  Absolutely despise this Jewel I have never been in a worse grocery store. Moldy produce, prices on the shelf not matching what your being charged at the register, self checkouts at a complete standstill for minutes, staff being obnoxious and swearing while blocking coolers and I’m assuming she’s the Manager Kim? Is so incredibly rude and disgusting. That’s not even to mention how the parking lot is never even close to capacity yet you’re apparently not allowed to pop into the thrift store next door without your car being towed?? But it’s okay if you sit in your broken down junker at the edge of the lot and throw trash all over. So shop here at your own risk.

  Cuidado a las personas que van a comprar a este Jewel osco afuera hay personas de la grua que te remolcan el carro una señora entro a la tienda de segunda que esta exactamente a la par de esta tienda y le remolcaron su veiculo y parece que el parqueo fuera también para la tienda salvation army porqué en el mismo parque en la parte de atras los camiones de salvation army cargan y descargan mercancía 😡 una cosa mas nunca walmart o target tienen sopilotes cuidando el parqueo porque tanto walmart target an Jewel osco tienen parqueos que nunca se llenan no volveré a comprar en Jewel osco nunca mas

  I had a very bad experience at this Jewel-Osco. For years, I’ve been coming here and then stopping by the Salvation Army afterward. Today, I decided to leave my shopping at Jewel-Osco for last because I was planning to buy meat and frozen foods. It turns out I was gone for less than 10 minutes, and when I came back, my car was gone—it had been towed. I immediately went to get it back, and they charged me $240 to release my car. That was the money I was planning to use to buy groceries at Jewel-Osco. I do not recommend this place. Don’t come here because they watch the parking lot, and if they see you go somewhere else, even for just a few minutes, they already have the tow trucks ready to take your car.   George at the customer service desk was outstanding in assisting a friend with special needs obtain a self powered shopping vehicle. He has a magnificent professional personality and is an outstanding representative of Jewel Osco. The the check out staff are very helpful and friendly. The bakery had tremendous fresh rye bread. For a busy store the staff and management team worked very well. I highly recommend the fresh deli and diary department . Yesterday was my first visit her in 16 years and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. God Bless George and the entire team.
