  The store itself is great. However, that woman that works in the cooked chicken department is awful. I do not understand why people are that mean and rude for absolutely no reason. I never was disrespectful or anything . We were standing in line and she started yelling if we have numbers, we got the numbers. After it was our turn, and I asked for chicken wings she yelled with annoyance “I can’t hear you” and the rest of the conversation I wanted to run away. This is not how you treat people you don’t even know. This is not a customer service.

  Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with one of the front managers, Janet. She was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. Instead of helping resolve a simple misunderstanding, she spoke to me in a disrespectful tone and seemed to take her frustration out on me because the store was busy. She said, "Well, it's not my fault that you grabbed the wrong sale. We are busy today, as you can see. You can come back another day." I understand that busy days can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. A little kindness and professionalism would have gone a long way. I left feeling dismissed and disappointed by the way I was treated.

  June 26, 2026 : Today, around 11 PM, I found myself in an unexpected situation. After paying for my groceries, my phone died. Because I drive a Tesla and my apartment keys were locked inside the car, I couldn’t access my vehicle or even get into my home. I went back into the store and explained my situation, asking if there was any way I could charge my phone for just a few minutes. I was told there was nothing they could do. I understand that employees may have policies to follow, but I was disappointed that there wasn’t any attempt to help or find a solution. At nearly 11 PM, options are limited, and this wasn’t just about a dead phone—it left me locked out of both my car and my home. Fortunately, a nearby gas station kindly let me charge my phone for about 15 minutes, and that was enough to get back into my car. In today’s world, when many people rely on their phones to access their vehicles and make payments, it would be wonderful if stores had a simple way to assist customers in situations like this, even if it’s just offering a place to charge a phone for a few minutes.

  The day I went I had to wait a good amou t of time for a cake I had preordered. Despite multiple employees walking past me standing there waiting not one acknowledged me and asked me if I needed assistance. Than when I see thr cake it isnt like the picture of the cake I ordered. Chocolate frosting isnt a substitute for brown buttercream frosting on a beach themed cake. Anyways after that I go to check out and there is not 1 checkout lane opened. Only self checkout is open and the line was into the aisles of the store. It was only them that they finally opened up 2 checkout lanes. I rrally will never come to this store again unless I absolutely have to.
