  I genuinely dread going to this grocery store. The parking garage is dirty and gross. The employees are clearly not treated well. Everyone in there (employees and guests) don’t seem happy to be there. They have an app to clip coupons, but you can’t actually use it because there’s no service and the WIFI is terrible too. It’s annoying to have to put in my phone number every time for a system that doesn’t even work. They’re always out of stuff these days. I never know if I’ll be able to actually find what I need - especially paper towels because they’re always sold out of the 2 packs. Produce quality has gone significantly down too. I haven’t been able to buy a non-rotten garlic in months. It is so poorly run not from an employee perspective, but a management perspective. The employees are kind, but don’t seem to enjoy being there. I’ve had multiple issues with careless bagging causing things to open/break. It’s dirty, things are broken, and let’s not forget how they didn’t have a refrigerated section for over a month last year. Jewel, you are ranking in millions of dollars. Do better for your employees and guests. I know you can afford to.

  Jewel's own breads, what can you say... they're plentiful. If you're hard pressed for a loaf for a dinner, say a French bread. You'll find it (unless it's a holiday). You can jazz up their plain Jane French bread...heat it in the oven til crunchy. Serve with dipping olive oil seasoned w garlic and sprinkle of sea salt. Keep in mind their breads are diversified nowadays with more artisan style brands like La Brea. While pricier they are upper tier product from L.A. with decent crust and crumb. Jewel has a large array of breads (including familiar sandwich loaves too at competitive pricing). If you need toast for tomorrow's bacon and eggs, you'll be hard put to go home empty handed! Enjoy! And Jewel stays open til midnight...which is a blessing

  ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! NO MORE!!! PLEASE!! The employee who bags the groceries is an elderly woman with dark skin and short white hair!! She is incredibly rude to customers!! She throws the items into the bags and swears at you—she is absolutely vulgar!!! I asked her to pack my things carefully, and she just threw them in anyway!!!! She damaged several of my items!! That’s it! Several people have already complained about her, and yet nothing is ever done!!!
