- LLLinda5 days ago1.0I order delivery and I am in the south loop but this store refuses to let my delivery orders transfer to a closer store to me and all my dairy arrives warm and all my frozen food arrives thawed. Update to business response: I have already called the delivery phone number. They put me on hold for 30 minutes while I can hear the support person breathing on the other line just doing nothing. She finally decides to tell me the 'system decides what store services your order and there is nothing anyone, including the local store, can do'. I there are plenth of Jewels within 2 miles of me. I just don't understand why I keep being assigned the Southport location when it is 7 miles away from me and no driver wants drive from Wrigleyville to the south loop.
