  Bien surtido, pero los precios demasiado caros, un botellón de Sprite y uno de Coca-Cola, cuatro dólares cada uno, así los pague por la prisa, observé otros precios y estaban bien caros. Realmente hay muchas otras alternativas y con igual o mejor calidad en los productos. Éso es para la clase alta y el que no repara el gasto de dinero 💲.

  This location is by far one of my favorites to go to. When I make it in time that the deli is still open, they always have a good selection. Always see employees constantly stocking and organizing and most are very friendly and willing to help.

  There pick up service is so bad.They are always delayed on my order. I had an order scheduled for pickup between 5pm-6pm today and when I got there at 545 to pick it up the app said my order was delayed. I called and they said it would be another 2 hours before it was ready . I just cancelled at that point cause I get a ride from someone to pick up my order. That's why I picked 5-6 cause that's what time I can get a ride. It's so frustrating. And it happens all the time! They also are always out of stock out of lots of things. Do better Jewel!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with Denise the florist at Jewel-Osco (2520 N Narragansett Ave, Chicago, IL 60639). She did an absolutely marvelous job with this flower arrangement! The bouquet was stunning—fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged with so much care and creativity. Every flower was placed perfectly, and her attention to detail truly shows. Denise has a wonderful talent for turning flowers into something truly special. I highly recommend asking for Denise if you need a beautiful arrangement. Thank you for your amazing work! 💐❤️

  Absolutely ridiculous experience. I placed an order for 3 items at 3:59 PM with a delivery window of 5:00–6:00 PM. At 5:00 PM, I received an email saying the order was delayed. Fine, delays happen. What doesn’t make sense is that my order wasn’t even started until after 6:00 PM, when the delivery window had already passed. By 7:00 PM, over 3 hours after placing the order, my order was still not completed. How does it take over three hours to shop three items? The worst part was the complete lack of communication. The Drive Up & Go department did not answer the phone despite multiple calls. When I called the store directly, I was transferred around with no real assistance and no one willing to provide an update or take ownership of the issue. To make matters even worse, one of the items I ordered was hot prepared chicken for dinner. My meal was planned around it. Because my order sat for so long, the department preparing the chicken had already closed before my order was fulfilled, meaning I never received it. After waiting hours, I was left without a key part of my dinner and forced to figure out an alternative meal at the last minute. If a store cannot fulfill a 3-item order within three hours, answer its phones, or communicate with customers when problems arise, it should not be offering this service. This experience was frustrating, poorly managed, and showed a complete disregard for customers’ time
