  Decent little grocery store, had my wife's preferred coffee creamers. I went for the Huntington ATM. There was a little bank branch inside the store.

  I've been to this location several times since it's opening many years ago in the South Loop. It's a smaller Jewel with it's own private parking lot. It's a busy location and most times hard to find parking especially since they have a fleet of Cook County Sheriff cars that are all parked in the lot making many of the spaces unavailable. I recently came here two different times in 2026. Once was on 6/22/26 to get their Spicy Shrimp Maki that is already prepared to go. It was fresh and tasted good. The second time was on 6/29/26, I went to the deli and got the Seafood Salad and some Honey Wings. I was very disappointed in my purchase. The seafood salad is very expensive now at $9.99 a lb. It has a mixture of imitation crab meat, shrimp and mayo. The crabmeat had huge chunks in it instead of being loose pieces which means the workers didn't take the time to break up the pieces of the pre-made salad. I know this because I've gotten this salad for decades at other locations and it's not been like that. The Honey Wings were hard, not fresh. I got them around 5:45 p.m. Either they had been sitting in that case all day or they were day old. Whichever both items I got were unacceptable. There are customer issues here that continue to be unresolved. That makes me not want to patronize this location in the future. Do better Jewel Osco south loop.

  I love Jewels,I always try to get in my favorite cashiers line ,not that the others are bad but some go above and beyond !
