  This Jewel location is decent overall, always moderately stocked with great weekly deals. I actually drive out of my way to come here specifically because of the Pokémon vending machine. Parking can be annoying at times, but that’s manageable. The bigger issue is how the machine seems to be treated by certain employees. As someone who collects Pokémon cards, it’s frustrating watching employees hover around the machine during their shifts and seemingly get first access to limited, high-demand products before customers even get a chance. It completely defeats the purpose for the people actually coming here hoping to buy something fairly. One employee, I think his name is Franky, is almost always lingering near the machine wearing a mask no matter what’s going on in the store. This past week I watched him push over a stocking cart, stop what he was doing, and immediately check the machine while customers were already waiting around hoping for a restock. Seeing employees camp the machine while on the clock leaves a really bad impression and honestly makes the whole experience feel unfair and unprofessional. The store itself is fine, but management should probably pay attention to how situations like this look from a customer perspective.

  I just take one star off because of the sign outside not fixed. But the customer service is player, hot food is fresh when out, and you can bet that the store is safe hahahahahaha. Like seriously you feel protected in there, these folks work hard. Good job Jewel!

  There was a young man managing the self checkout on the evening of Sunday, May 3rd ~10:00/11:00 p.m.) and he was extremely helpful. He deserves proper recognition and appreciation as I’m sure his job is not always easy/convenient. Just in the few minutes as I was checking out, I noticed him quickly and gracefully assisting an elderly woman without hesitation, as well as running around to all the other self checkout stands to assist with everyone else’s needs! Wish I got his name, but shoutout to him regardless!

  Usually I find the shopping experience worthwhile because of sales and the app. I do not recommend shopping during busy times, especially if ordered ahead of time for pickup. Delivery also can be problematic.

  The staff were rude. I asked where I could find rice; they said, "I'm not sure," and just walked away. I never did find the rice—it wasn't there at all, even though I searched the entire store.
