  The two people who were working the hot food section where you get the fried chicken and potato wedges were just the absolute loveliest people. I noticed how hard they were working, and they couldn’t have been nicer with their customer service as I watch them interact with guests. They usually have spicy chicken sandwiches, which I love, but there were none ready so she kindly offered to make me some fresh sandwiches as I shopped throughout the store. I had an awesome experience at the store today because of those two, and an extra special shout out to the super sweet kid who was working the self check out kiosks. I’ve met them a few times and they are always just so full of joy.

  Tonight I stopped in your store because I was next door washing at the tide laundromat in which “they have great customer service”- To shop for items for a spiritual fasting I’ll be starting tomorrow.. I spent almost a hour researching and selecting the right items for my fast. Then I finally get to the self checkout line only to be treated like crap by your manager on duty- There was a nice African American cashier at self checkout I politely asked her for her assistance as she was coming to assist me- The manager told her to Take care of the Caucasian male customer first- then me because “he is here all the time”- I was in disbelief and hurt- I left the cart right there and walked out. I shop at jewel Osco every day what about me? I guess today was about me race and favoritism I see - Literally ruined my experience there and now I have to go elsewhere to shop for items time wasted - Ridiculous discrimination happed today

  Very nice staff working at the store. Ridiculous pricing. Only purchase items on sale! Electronic coupons do not always work and they are out of items on sale most of the time. Very hard to shop at the store...a chore. What a way to anger all of your customers! Why do the Corporate officers make the salaries they make? NO ONE BENCHMARKS OTHER BETTER CLASS RETAILERS

  For years I have been shopping at the Jewel store in Downers grove on Ogden and Highland Ave. This store is very close to me and I have found it convenient and compatible with my grocery needs. And for over the past 10 years the Jewel web site will quite spontaneously and mysteriously move my shopping preference to the store on Ashland Ave.with which I have no previous connection. I have spoken with various managers who indicate they have no control over the web site and shrig their shoulders over the matter. For all concerned at the Jewel website, please, please, please switch my preferred back to the Downers Grove on Ogden Ave. And just leave it there!
