  I currently live in Dallas TX but I stopped at this location after visiting the U of C hospital. I was in line to purchase some items when I overheard one of your cashiers (a tall slender) approximately 25 year old speaking very rudely to 2 very elderly black women in his line. I couldn't believe how disrespectful he was being in front of all of the customers. He told one of the ladies that he was not going to serve her and to get out of his line. That type of behavior is uncalled for especially to senior citizens. After observing this behavior and not seeing any management person attempting to correct him or de-esculate the situation, I decided that I would not spend my money with this establishment. I didn't get the young man's name but he is definitely not the type of employee that should be in the public sphere.

  4 generation,and the last three times have been horrible the the steaks was stuff and the short ribs were horrible nothing but fat and bones after I cooked them I'm done and then that follow you around the store,and see me every week shopping I'm the one getting ripped off and I'm done with y'all 61 stree is horrible the store clean customer sucks ,182 dollars 8 meant on garbage,bye Jewels,

  This by far the worse jewels I've ever been to. The customer service, the store, the security, the food, the staff, the managers as a whole are just disgusting. This location doesn't deserve one star. It's one of the most pathetic establishments,I've ever seen.

  I’ve been living here for two years and I shopped maybe every three days because the producers always stocked & fresh. Why does all the young female employees have disgusting attitudes? You need a meeting about customer service because it really sucks! Someone really needs to talk to the team and let them know that they need to be kind. Literally having messed lace fronts, crazy eyelashes & an attitude. Ridiculous and not professional. The eye rolling, lips smacking, bumping past, we’re just pointing to an item when you’re asking where something is. it always just leaves a bad taste in my mouth and it gives me anxiety to go into the store even though it’s the closest one in the neighborhood. I just wish there were more friendly people to make shopping easier.
