  A few months ago, I and 2 friends ate there and got really sick. We are our food on a dark night and I swear something in that back didn't taste like a gizzard. I was thinking it was a deep fried mouse head.

  They're supposed to close at 5AM on the weekends but lazy employees were trying to close early. Pretended like that didn't have food left, but took more and more orders as more ppl started to show up. They even acted like you could only order certain things. Very disappointing for a Black business during Juneteenth weekend and super annoying too.

  This was the worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. I arrived at 1:30. I had to stand outside with the door locked. No sign, no indication that there was limited staff. I placed my order at 1 o’clock, Assuming that the food would be ready at 1:30 PM. When I arrive, the door was locked and I had to wait over 15 minutes for a customer to come out and unlock the door I waited another 10 minutes for the Cook to come to the front desk only to tell me that they had canceled Everyone inside Harold was upset because they had been waiting for extraordinary long times. The gentle gentleman who opened the door for me, had waited over 55 minutes for his chicken.. If the order was canceled, they should have informed me so that I didn’t have to wait for someone to let me in and then wait for the Cook to come upfront to let me know that my order had been canceled This is the worst experience😡 I will be forwarding my comments online on Facebook. Letting all my friends know my terrible experience!

  Asked my son to pick up a order of perch & liver because of having back pain and didn't want to cook, he dropped it off to me, the liver was so overcooked (it was burnt crisp and light), there was no life (nutrients) left in it, not edible, a small handful of crunchy fries were in the bottom, no bread, the 3 small pieces of perch weren't bad, I ended up eating 2 pieces. They forgot to put the sauce on the side. I was extremely disappointed with my order so asked a friend to take me to Harold's after calling several times and not getting through, the young lady at the register said the bag with the dinner felt very light (like there was nothing there), then she said the liver seemed like it was sitting a long time, my son picked up around 2pm my friend took me there around 5pm. I asked for a manager because she said there was nothing she could do and there was only one cook there, the manager was not around. She took my name and number but no one called. I'm highly disappointed...my advice is always check your food before leaving the restaurant, if you can (be careful)! I won't be ordering anything again!

  I drove over an hour for Harold’s. I absolutely love it. It’s worth every penny. The staff is friendly and makes sure you get exactly what you order. The food is hot and fresh. I highly recommend!!
