  Ordered on Giordano's website for pickup of Package Deal 3 which includes a medium deep dish pizza with two toppings and they gave us a deep dish cheese pizza without the spinach and mushrooms we selected as our two toppings. When we called them they said there were no toppings selected that they could see and just said sorry. And they also didn't give us the family size salad that is included in Package Deal 3 when we picked up our pizza and we had to go back into the restaurant to ask them where it was. What kind of nonsense is that?

  We had a wonderful first Chicago pizza experience at **Giordano’s Rogers Park**! My husband and I are in town from Texas for a conference and had been exploring Chicago when we decided to stop in after remembering that someone had recommended Giordano’s for great food. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and we received our drinks promptly. Since we had skipped lunch, we started with a salad, which came out quickly and was fresh and delicious. Our server, Dawson, was especially helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. He helped us choose the right pizza and portion size for the two of us. We shared a 10-inch deep-dish stuffed pizza with jalapeño sausage and peppers. We were told ahead of time that it would take a little while to prepare, which we appreciated—and it was absolutely worth the wait. The pizza arrived steaming hot, fresh, and delicious. As we served the slices, the cheese seemed to stretch forever! The sauce had great seasoning, and every bite was flavorful, filling, and satisfying. We are so glad we chose this spot for an authentic Chicago deep-dish pizza experience. Highly recommend Giordano’s Rogers Park—especially if you’re visiting Chicago and want delicious food, friendly service, and a memorable pizza experience!

  If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Today I ordered a pepperoni pizza through Uber Eats, and it was honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was dry, extremely cold (and winter hasn’t even arrived in Chicago yet!), hard, and incredibly chewy. It looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours before it was given to me. I couldn’t even eat it, so I called the restaurant just to ask how long the pizza had been sitting there. The man who answered the phone was absolutely rude. Instead of addressing my concern, he kept trying to explain to me the difference between a deep-dish pizza and a tavern-style pizza. Sir, please! That was NOT the issue. I know the difference between the two. The issue was that the pizza I received was cold, dry, hard, and clearly not fresh. Very disappointing experience. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
