  I am writing to share a deeply unsatisfactory experience at your store. I placed a phone order for pickup at this location, where I have been a loyal customer for approximately four years and where my phone number is on file in your system. Upon arrival, I was informed by an employee named Jessica and a male coworker that they could not locate my order. Rather than making a genuine effort to investigate, they insisted I was at the wrong store and appeared ready to let me leave without resolving the issue. Confident that I was at the correct location, I called the store directly to confirm I had dialed the right number and even showed staff my call log as proof. Only after I asked the male employee to search further was my order eventually located. It turned out the order had not been properly linked to my phone number when it was placed, despite my having provided it an internal error that was in no way my fault, yet I was made to feel as though I had made a mistake. Throughout this frustrating process, I remained calm, did not raise my voice, and did not use inappropriate language toward either employee. At one point, while the male employee was checking on my order, I said to Jessica, "I know I'm not crazy. I know I placed the order here" simply voicing my frustration at being made to doubt myself. Jessica responded in a dismissive and rude tone, telling me to "relax," despite the fact that I had not raised my voice or been disrespectful. When I attempted to clarify that my comment was not directed at her personally, she became hostile. At that point, I canceled my order and left. As I was walking out, Jessica made a comment "Some people" in a tone I found highly inappropriate. I am unsure whether this remark was directed at my race or at the fact that I was in a police uniform at the time, but regardless of intent, it was unprofessional and unacceptable. I have been a consistent, loyal customer at this location for several years, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and disrespectful treatment I received. I do not intend to return to this location and would appreciate a formal response addressing this incident, including what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers.

  They really don't get your order right and don't discount anything for getting it wrong. Lame service, mediocre undercooked pizza cut in squares. Such is the new food service standard in the US. High prices and disappointing experience around each corner.

  Giordano's pizza has been my favorite pizza place since the 1990's. The cheese is perfect and it isn't packed with a lot of grease. And the crust taste like homemade bread and isn't too hard on the edges. This will always be my top favorite pizza place to stop by for bite to eat.
