  Located inside Navy Pier, it’s always really busy it this location and your sure to have some type of wait time…. They’ll tell you a 45 minute wait but they always seem to call you within 10-15 minutes for a table… the servers are always busy cause the place is always packed. Good eats though and good vibes.

  Finally got to experience authentic Chicago deep dish pizza properly, and honestly, now I understand why people defend it like a religion here. Giordano’s is not just pizza — it’s a full experience. From the moment the deep dish arrives at the table, you already know this is a completely different category from regular pizza. The crust had that perfect buttery texture, slightly crispy on the outside but soft underneath, and the amount of cheese was honestly ridiculous in the best possible way. The sauce tasted fresh, rich, and balanced the heaviness well without feeling overly sweet. Every slice felt like an entire meal on its own. This isn’t the kind of pizza you casually grab on the go — this is “sit down, loosen your belt, and commit” pizza. What stood out most was how filling and satisfying it was. You can tell why Chicago is proud of this style because it genuinely feels unique compared to anything else. Touristy or not, it lived up to the hype for me. The atmosphere was lively, busy, and had that classic Chicago energy where everyone around you seems equally excited for their pizza to arrive. A couple things to know before going: the wait time for deep dish is real, so don’t walk in starving expecting food in 10 minutes. But honestly, once it arrives, it makes sense why it takes longer. Also, if you’re used to thin crust, prepare yourself mentally because one or two slices here feels like five anywhere else. Overall, this felt like one of those “you can’t come to Chicago and not try it” experiences. Heavy? Absolutely. Worth it? 100%. Chicago… you’ve officially converted me.

  Josiah was an amazing server. His whole attitude while working was outstanding and made my first time experience that much better. He asked if we wanted to take photos or record the pull which I am happy I was able to do. Would definitely come back in hopes to get him as my server again.

  Giordano’s didn’t just meet expectations,it completely exceeded them. This is serious stuffed deep dish pizza. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside while staying tender inside, holding up beautifully to the mountain of fillings. What impressed me most was the insane amount of gooey, stretchy mozzarella cheese layered throughout, paired with generous toppings and finished with their signature sweet-tangy tomato sauce on top. The cheese pull was next-level, and every bite felt ridiculously rich and satisfying. We ordered the Chicago Classic with sausage and it was packed with flavor , juicy sausage, fresh herbs, and that perfect sauce balance that keeps the richness from feeling too heavy. Portion-wise, one large easily fed three hungry adults with leftovers. It’s the kind of pizza that makes you quietly happy with every bite. The restaurant itself was lively, clean, and had that classic Chicago energy with friendly service. If you love extra cheesy, stuffed deep dish, Giordano’s is hard to beat. It’s a true Chicago icon for a reason. Whether you are a tourist or a local, this is a must-try experience. Will definitely be returning on my next visit to Chicago. Worth every calorie!

  Finally found a pizza spot that actually lives up to the hype. 🍕 The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the sauce had just the right balance of tangy and savory, and the toppings were fresh and loaded. You can tell they care about quality with every bite. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and the vibe made it a great place to kick back and enjoy good food.
