- ILIssac lSep 4, 20265.0This place is pretty nice and cozy. I got a big tavern-style pizza with half cheese and half chicken and hot peppers. For an appetizer, I ordered BBQ chicken nuggets, and I gotta say, I appreciate that they actually called them chicken nuggets on the menu, because let's be real, boneless wings are just chicken nuggets. They messed up my order at first and brought out traditional wings, which looked great, but my kids aren't into bone-in wings. They fixed it super fast and brought out the nuggets. The only bummer is they don't serve liquor, but you can bring your own. It's a Benny's, about 8 minutes away by car, near Irving Park and Cicero. Plus, there's a pool hall right next door if you want something to do after you eat. I had a good time, thanks for having me!

They open at 4, which means that by the time that pizza is cooked and on my plate its now 5 at the earliest. Getting pizza for lunch is out of the question at this location, which makes no sense to me because every other Giordanos is open for lunch. Most of the time I want pizza for lunch. Or it would be cool to drive home and pick up a pizza on the way. But this location opens much later so picking it up means heading back out after ive been home, which is not ideal.

I won't be going back, i was really disappointed, our family talks about it and said the same thing. Sorry Giordano 😔

Barely any cheese, I promise you! They rarely get the edges with sufficient cheese on this order there was barely any in the center let alone the edges.
