  Pizza była naprawdę bardzo dobra — smaczna, dobrze przygotowana i zdecydowanie warta spróbowania. Również kelner, który nas obsługiwał, zasługuje na pochwałę — był bardzo miły, uprzejmy i profesjonalny. Niestety, całe dobre pierwsze wrażenie zostało zepsute przez panią, która przywitała nas przy wejściu i wskazała nam stolik. W restauracji było bardzo dużo wolnych stolików, w tym wiele zdecydowanie lepiej położonych i przyjemniejszych. Mimo to zostaliśmy posadzeni przy stoliku schowanym w bardzo nieatrakcyjnym miejscu. Kiedy grzecznie zapytaliśmy, czy możemy usiąść przy innym wolnym stoliku, pani odpowiedziała w sposób bardzo niemiły i stwierdziła, że „to jest większa ilość ludzi”. Trudno było zrozumieć tę odpowiedź, ponieważ w restauracji było naprawdę mnóstwo wolnych miejsc. Mamy nawet zdjęcia pokazujące sytuację w tym momencie. Najbardziej rozczarował nas jednak nie sam stolik, ale sposób, w jaki zostaliśmy potraktowani. Od osoby, która jako pierwsza kontaktuje się z klientem, oczekiwalibyśmy choć odrobiny uprzejmości i życzliwości. Niestety, tej pani zdecydowanie tego zabrakło. Pizza i kelner — na plus. Obsługa przy wejściu — zdecydowanie na minus. Szkoda, bo miejsce ma duży potencjał i bardzo dobrą pizzę, ale pierwsze wrażenie niestety pozostaje bardzo nieprzyjemne. Chciałabym również zwrócić uwagę kierownictwa na starszą blondynkę, około 50–60 lat, która w tym dniu przyjmowała gości i wskazywała stoliki. To właśnie jej zachowanie było dla nas bardzo nieprzyjemne.

  Had to try deep-dish pizza while in Chicago, and Giordano’s did not disappoint when it came to the pizza itself. The flavor was great, the crust was delicious, the cheese was thick and generous, and the pepperoni was really good. We tried four different flavors, which was definitely expensive, but worth it for the experience. The service, however, left a lot to be desired. It took a while for our server to come over, and after that, she never checked on us or asked if we needed anything. We eventually had to ask another waitress for our check and boxes. For a restaurant in such a major tourist city, I expected the staff to be a little more personable and communicative. The 45-minute wait for the deep dish was expected, but finding a hair on my plate after I had already been eating was a major turnoff. The pizza was good enough that I would consider going back, but the service and cleanliness issues kept this from being a higher-star experience.

  Lori is amazing ! we were having some travel complications and ended up in Chicago at Union Station. We walked over to get some pizza and Lori completely brightened our day. She was kind and helpful and so just human! Seems like we're missing that a lot these days. The food was also fabulous.! Salad was good, Long Island iced tea was even better! And we had of course Chicago deep dish! Lorrie helped us make lemonade out of lemons!!!

  First time in Chicago, flying in from YVR, and we decided to stop by Giordano’s while we’re here for North Coast. So glad we did! We ordered the Traditional Deep Dish Pizza, and the food was absolutely phenomenal. It was everything we were hoping for in an authentic Chicago deep dish experience. The price was also very reasonable considering the quality of the food and the level of service. A special shoutout to our server, Ameriah, who was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and a genuine pleasure to have host us. She really made our experience even better! Would absolutely come back. I might just have to fly back to Chicago for this pizza!

  While in the Loop on business we decided to visit Giordano's - I was enticed by images of the stuffed pizza and needed to try it myself; definitely seemed like an interesting take on deep dish. WOW it is super filling. I usually eat a lot and was completed stuffed after eating just half of a small stuffed pizza. (I did eat most of an order of fried cheese prior to that however). Nonetheless it is crazy delicious. I had pepperoni, cheese, bacon, mushrooms, and green peppers inside. I heard later from a colleague that if you the sausage manifests itself as an entire layer of sausage on the bottom. Definitely should have had that. Location was fairly busy and it took a little longer than I'd have hoped for the pizza to arrive. On the other hand it probably takes more effort than your typical pizza to prepare so no complaints. Overall great experience, would visit again for sure.
