  Serviceable deep dish, have had better. There is a ton of cheese so you won’t be wanting for that, but I personally needed a lot more sauce! Wait time is fine. Wouldn’t go again but if you feel the need to get a ‘classic cheese pull’ then this should work.

  From San Diego and it was difficult to not want their deep dish every night. No surprise there are several locations. Im in the suburbs for a few more days and will try some of their other italian dishes. Friendly people too. From the time of order it does take about 45mins for the deep dish. Worth every minute!

  The regular-sized thin crust & regular-sized stuffed pizzas are good here. The individual pan pizzas are just fair, lacking in the regular quality. Note: this location adds a 3% “Restaurant Fee” to your bill, even when you pay cash, that’s in addition to the already-high Cook County taxes. Not sure if they also charge extra for credit card too as we paid cash this visit.

  Favorite stop when we use Amtrak. Thanks Mateo for taking care of us. Order your deep dish from Union Station if you know that’s what you want, but the large salad and large tavern Chicago was perfect for lunch before hopping on our next leg. Great to visit our stomping grounds. ❤️

  Wait was 30-45 minutes. Not too bad. Ordered our pizza ahead of us being seated. Once seated, it did take our waiter quite a while to come over and take the drink and rest of our food order… I believe the manager was the one that actually noticed we had not been greeted by our server yet. Once that was handed, service improved. The food was fantastic. Bruschetta was amazing. Bacon bbq chicken tavern pizza was delicious and my son’s deep dish was surprisingly tasty!
