  Top notch service. We were greeted with respect and a great service. Very approachable. We ordered a 12-inch half pepperoni and half cheese deep dish pizza. It took a while for the pizza to be served but, boy, was it a treat!!! It was very fullfilling and delicious. Great pizza!

  Came in on a Saturday to place an order and was met with the most unwelcoming energy from the moment I walked in. The server had red and black hair and glasses. I tried to be friendly and say hello, complete silence. When I went to order I had to let her know I’m hard of hearing and her response was a flat, sarcastic ‘okay sorry’ that made me feel like a burden rather than a customer. On top of that there was a smell of marijuana that hit me immediately. I have a sensitive nose so it went straight to a headache. Overall just a really uncomfortable experience, expected way better from Giordano’s.

  Came in this past Saturday and was seated with a server. Service started off okay but went downhill fast. When I asked her a question she had a bit of an attitude about it, acting like I was bothering her by asking. She wasn’t focused on us at all and came across very dismissive. On top of that she smelled like weed. Really unprofessional experience, expected a lot better from Giordanos.

  Once again excellent deep dish pizza! Only get to Chicago occasionally but always make time for their pizza.

  My family and I tried this place out during our road trip from Washington DC to Chicago. We wanted to try deep dish pizza so I did some digging online. From all that I read, this was the place to check out ... and it did NOT disappoint. The pizza was awesome! My eldest teen said it was the best pizza he has had. My daughter, who is super picky about food and rarely gives a thumbs up to anything new, loved it. And after the road trip (which spanned 4 states) I asked all our three kiddos which foods they liked the most over the weeklong trip, and all three said Giordano's. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicagoland! It's one place you MUST grab a bite from while stopping by the area!
