I called for a status update 15 minutes after expected delivery time frame (was on hold for 10 minutes) and was told their system didn’t submit my order until 45 minutes before the time frame. Got my pizza (warm at best) over 30 minutes past the delivery time (2+ hours total on a week night) with the receipt saying order received at the original time I ordered online and the delivery time originally quoted. Lady on the phone explicitly lied to me about system problems. Poor customer service and lost my future business. Why not just be honest with your customer?
