  I would like to give thanks to a few people of giordanos staff, it first starts with lula and she was able to assist me and help me get a table right away. I also like to say great job to Orlando is a great example of leader ship. Also help us out and his coworkers when it was busy. They were Kind and had amazing customer service. I would like to give a big thanks to Alexandra for best and outstaying customer service. Alejandra gave me and friend updates on the food. Always checked up on us. Always had a big smile on her face she was a good investment to your company. I also like to give thank for alexis outstanding customer service and was able to multitask with her tables and us. I needed a few things for my table, although she wasn’t are waiter she helped us out. What and outstanding staff. Especially to them thank you giordanos had outstanding experience. I will be back.

  Impressive to say the least. As is typical for this establishment there was a crowd and this was a Thursday evening at around 8:00 p.m.. Enjoyable and energetic. Noteworthy first and foremost is general manager Orlando who is the consumate epitome of offering genuine hospitality. I the privilege to also made two of the ladies up front at the desk named Ava and Lupe. And then I had the extraordinary Christian as my server. I want to point out a particular where Christian stands out. I was dying alone because I often travel to Chicago every few months for medical purposes as I am a cancer patient. Anyone who has this disease and their family members know that this is no picnic and speaking of food my treatment keeps me a little bit on edge so when I have a pleasant dining experience is it is all the more rewarding. Christian had a table of 10 and another table of three and I think he had another table of three or four and then there was me. In any other experience such as this I would be served but not extraordinarily while I would definitely encounter to some degree being ignored to some degree especially when a server has a 10 top. Christian's timing was impeccable and I felt that I had the same service with expertise and attention to detail as that of all his other guests where he will make a much larger tip from waiting on 10 people then he is a solo diner. This did not deter him. I am grateful to them all. Highly recommend however recommending is more than likely not needed as their reputation serves them well so they can in turn serve you.

  wasn't that excited when i first went here to try their very famous pizza pie as im not a huge-huge fan of pizzas but yikes. blew away my mind on the first bite🤤 we ordered the smallest size (4 people) and went for 2 flavors (veg and non veg) - forgot what we ordered, something with chicken and cheese that was recommended by the guy who served us (extremely kind and friendly)! it was amazing. for someone who loves cheese, this is something i would eat even for a "snack"🤪✨ at first i thought it was gonna be very cheesy and ill feel that its too much but turns out not at all. it was perfect. the crust (or the pie basically) is just the perfect thickness, not too thick and not too thin. just perfect to enjoy it together with the cheesy fillings🤤 the veg option was so-so. nothing special. + do note that you have to wait approx 30-40mins to have your pizza pie baked. so be ready to wait and chitchat with your fellas! also ordered some sides (truffle fries + calamari) both were just okay. nothing special. fries was good but thats it. just ur typical truffle fries. calamari was a bit bland for us so we did put on some salt n pepper + chili flakes eventually overall? 7.8/10! will definitely come back for the pizza pie only!

  I’ve been to many restaurants but never had such a horrible experience like I had here. Waiting time was only 30 min which felt more like 15 and that was the only good thing. You have to order your deep dish right when you check in which is great since the pizzas take about 45-60 min. I ordered a 10 inch. We were seated at a table where 2 chairs were dirty and the table sticky. When I told the waitress she didn’t care a bit since I had to ask a busser myself. When the waitress took our pizza order she just asked anything else and almost forgot to take our drink order. When the pizza came out which a kitchen staff brought I mentioned that that’s not what I ordered because it was way too big. She obviously didn’t care and we didn’t see the waitress again for half an hour. We asked for extra napkins which we never received. When the waitress finally came she asked if we wanted a box and when I mentioned this was not the pizza I ordered she just brushed it off. Never refilled our drinks which sat for a while empty at the table. Once I payed she hovered over the electronic machine she gave me and stared down the machine how much tip I would give her. Just the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will make sure I will avoid this place in the future. Also, if you really wanted me to contact you you should have added an email that actually works.
