  Very disappointing experience at Giordano’s on 23/09/26. We were really looking forward to this visit because we had eaten at Giordano’s in Las Vegas twice previously and had always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The service was poor from the moment we arrived. The young lady who seated us barely acknowledged us, rushed off and simply pointed out our table. We then asked another server if we could move to a booth, which they happily arranged, so things started to improve. Unfortunately, once we were seated, the service went downhill again. Our server, Luis G., took our order and we ordered the Giordano’s Sampler and a 12” Meat & More Meat deep dish. We understood there would be a wait for the pizza, which was absolutely fine. The starter was good, but after clearing our table, Luis made no effort to check whether we wanted another drink and repeatedly walked past us without acknowledging us. We eventually had to stop him ourselves to order more drinks. What was particularly noticeable was the difference in attention between our table and the larger parties he was serving. He was significantly more attentive to them, with their orders and drinks being taken and delivered promptly, while we were repeatedly left waiting and having to get his attention ourselves. It was difficult not to feel like our table was being overlooked because there were only two of us. The pizza arrived shortly after we ordered another drink and was barely warm. My beer then took almost another 25 minutes to arrive. Luis did apologise for the delay, but by this point the experience was already very frustrating. After finishing our food, we were left sitting for around 45 minutes without anyone checking on us or bringing the bill. Once again, we had to get Luis’s attention ourselves. Ironically, the most interaction we had with him was when he brought the bill and boxed up the leftover pizza. The bill was $102 and I left $110, purely because I didn’t want to wait even longer for change. The biggest disappointment is that we know Giordano’s can do much better based on our previous visits. This time the service was slow, inattentive and noticeably inconsistent, and the pizza wasn’t even served hot. We left feeling completely overlooked and like an afterthought. After two great experiences in Las Vegas, this visit was a huge letdown and has definitely made us question whether we would return.

  La ensalada de la casa súper equis, sin un aderezo rico, la pizza no está mal, el problema fue el servicio, el mesero que nos atendió completamente grosero y poco servicial, tenia una actitud bastante pesada al recibir mi orden de alimentos. La hostess igual, pedí un cambio de mesa ya que me sentaron a lado de una gotera en el fondo del restaurante (una mesa horrible) y el mesero me dijo que YO le tenia que pedir a la Hostess, y me ignoro, solo me dijo que "tenia que checar" y me ignoro el resto se mi estancia, habia suficientes lugares para que me cambiaran, pareciera que me están haciendo un favor por comer aquí, si quieren comer una deep dish en Chicago los invito a que se abstengan a venir a esta sucursal donde el personal es tan preponte y hostil. Solo soy una turista que viene a disfrutar de un plato típico de la Ciudad y el pésimo servicio lo arruino. No soy castrosa ni una Karen, sencillamente mi experiencia se vio arruinada por el MAL SERVICIO DE LOS TRABAJADORES DEL LUGAR.

  ​You cannot visit Chicago without trying authentic deep-dish pizza, and this place blew my mind! Honestly, when ordering, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. It’s not just a pizza; it’s a whole savory pie packed with layers of pure goodness. The cheese pull was unreal, the flavor was incredible, and the portion was massive - one slice was enough to keep me full for the rest of the day! Such a fun, delicious, and unforgettable experience. A must-visit in Chicago!

  Imperdible en Chicago, razón por la cual hay muchísima gente, pero vale la pena la espera, pedimos la pizza clásica y una pasta a la boloñesa y ambas muy deliciosas. Te dicen q la espera para que te den mesa es de 50 min a 1 hora, a mi me pareció que fue menos, la fila avanzó rápidamente. Puedes preordenar una vez q toman tus datos o puedes ordenar ya estando en la mesa. Sugiero que pidas algunasa ññ entradas si ya vas con mucha hambre porque la pizza si tardo como unos 40 min aproximadamente en llegar a la mesa. Los meseros muy amables, nos atendieron muy bien, pero las chicas de la entrada y quien anuncia tu nombre fueron un poco groseras. Sin duda volvería.

  If you are not going very early in the morning 10.30-11am, I recommend making a reservation. Specially for afternoon. Or wait for 40-50min. The deep dish pizza takes 40-ish minutes to cook as well so arrange your schedule accordingly. The place is big enough. It has sections of booths, normal tables, high chair and bar. The server, Jocelyn, was the best. The pizza was good too, I had 6-inch deep dish cheese pizza which is enough for 1 person. Only negative experience was the hostess. As if she is trying to be not helpful. gives an attitude, and not welcoming at all. I only saw her smiling to her coworkers, not to any of the customers. However the manager was kind and understanding when I shared this feedback. If it wasn’t for the manager and Jocelyn, I’d give 0 stars for the service.
