  First time here , had reservations was greeted by an incredibly rude host , didn’t look up from his I pad , first sat our group of 4 at a huge round table for 8 , then grumbled when we asked for a smaller table . We waited 30 minutes for drinks after we ordered them. We had salad and deep dish pizza . The food was pretty good , but the service and atmosphere not so much .

  The pizza was good, but honestly, not nearly as impressive as we expected. The biggest disappointment, however, was the service. We came in to enjoy a meal and left feeling like we had been scolded instead of welcomed. The attitude of the staff made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable. Also, there is clearly a Wi-Fi network called “Gio-Guest,” yet we were told we could not use it. If it is advertised as a guest network, it would be nice to understand who exactly is considered a “guest.” Overall, for a place with such a reputation, we expected much better food, service, and hospitality.

  One of the best place to enjoy a nice succulent Pizza or Pasta Staff are welcoming, attentive Few options available on the menu From Soup Bruschetta Calamari Cheesy Garlic Bread Pizza thin crust or Stuffed and Deep pan Pasta Lasagna Sandwiches Salads Eat in or takeaway Delivery available Open 7 days a week Sunday to Thursday 10:30-22:00 Friday and Saturday 20:30-23:00 Indoor or outdoor seatings Prices are a bit high but the quality is excellent

  La atención buena, no tuvimos que esperar nos pasaron a la mesa que queríamos. No nos gusta la deep pizza así que pedimos una normal de Pepperoni y estaba buena, las bebidas muy bien la ensalada César para compartir muy buena porción para 2. Al final si tuvimos que esperar para la cuenta porque la mesera no estaba tan atenta en la zona y nos tuvo esperando a varias mesas. Fuera de eso tofo bien.

  Terrible experience. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. I have never written an online review in my life but other people need to be warned not to go here. I went to the to-go section and the two girls working there were extremely unfriendly and unsanitary. If you see the shorter girl with glass and girl with anime style makeup and long hair, just go to a different restaurant. I ordered the appetizer of garlic fries to-go and there was no one else waiting for food. It took 30 minutes. When I ordered the waitress with glasses signed loudly in my face and told me we couldn’t order any pizzas because they didn’t want to make them. I was there 1.5 hours before close. They gave me a large box and ONLY 10 fries. I counted because it looked so ridiculous. $10 FOR 10 FRIES. They said that’s the regular size when I ask and were laughing the whole time. They said there was nothing they could do about it. They weren’t even garlic fries and were cold. I wouldn’t be surprised if they just grabbed them off of someone’s already eaten plate. I’m not usually ever confrontational but this experience made me very upset. Never going there again and I live in the area. Warned everyone I know in Chicago not to waste their money here.
