  I frequent Fresh Thyme and consider it one of my favorite grocery stores, which is why this interaction was especially disappointing. I noticed an item I was looking for was not on the shelf, so I wanted to ask if there was a possibility that some might be available in the back. I came across a woman with pink hair in the vitamin area and politely said, “Excuse me.” I could immediately tell that she was irritated. Before I could even finish asking my question, she responded rudely, saying, “I handle vitamins and have a good idea of everything over here, but if it’s not in the vitamin area, I don’t know.” I understand that everyone has bad days, but I was simply asking a question and there were much more courteous ways to handle the interaction. Her tone and response came across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive. This was honestly one of the rudest customer service interactions I’ve experienced, and I hope management addresses the importance of treating customers with basic courtesy and respect.

  The produce & wellness sections are PHENOMENAL! Plenty of store parking. Can't wait to return, take my time, and peruse the entire store.
