- TLTiffany LuApr 30, 20261.0I come to this location to pick up to go orders once a month since it's the closest to home and I have the Amex gold card credit to spend. Not a single time have I had a pleasant experience. Even when there's absolutely no one in front of me in line during non-peak hours, I still have to wait 10 minutes for my burger to be ready. And after a 5 minute walk home, the burger somehow manages to be soggy EVERY time. But my most recent experience would have to be the worst. I learned to call ahead before picking up to minimize wait time. Since there was no street parking available, I had my partner pick up the order instead while i had my hazards on, but he didn't think to use my amex card and paid with his own. By the time I got ahold of him (immediately after he scanned his card) he asked them if they can cancel the order and use a different credit card, they said they can't cancel it, which i find very hard to believe. And so instead of inconvenincing them, I had my partner come back outside in the rain to take my amex card and order something new on the menu. Of course it took 10 minutes to wait again at 9pm for a single cheeseburger, and when he paid, there wasn't even an option to select tip, but my card was charged for a $2 tip that he did not consent to.. When he got the receipt and noticed the tip, he asked if they can cancel the order to redo the transaction and they said they can't. It is absurd how expensive this mid burger is in the first place, but more importantly, to slide in a tip without consent on a TO GO order is bogus. And if you read this far, know to not go to this location until they find better employees or better management.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
