  Very Rude Staff, I asked him politely can I know what is in the mango smoothie, just off to my face with a very rash attitude. Felt differentiating me to other customers.the guy with the bear and a hat. Super rude please train him or find somebody else so that way you guys generate better NPS or revenue.

  Ordered a vanilla matcha and got a drink that just tasted like banana and nothing else. Why would I want banana genuinely. And it was like 8$

  I ordered a coffee here (not my first time ordering at this location), and although the staff have sometimes had a low mood they've never been necessarily unkind. The coffee I bought tasted sour, like the milk was probably expired. After a couple of sips, I tried to ask about it and let them know the taste it had, but the person working there just said "it's skim milk, it's fine, we change the milk, here's the date" and didn't really show me anything. And only repeated "it's fine, it's fine". Very invalidating, no offer for another one, no offer for a refund, nothing. Normally I don't complain about things or leave reviews really, but this just really disgusting.

  The customer service is great for as busy as they are. The coffee though, is absolutely atrocious. The coffee on the plane with potable water might very well be better.
