  My email to cooperate, somewhat like a review: I wanted touch reach out to cooperate in regards to a very unfortunate incident that took place at my local Dunkin’ Donuts’. The location is. 5001 S Western Boulevard, Chicago, IL 60609 it was 12:23 PM when the polite employee took my order correctly and provide amazing customer service. As i am driving forward to the window to pay & get my food & drink. I ordered a Medium PineApple Refresher with lemonade & a Medium ButterPecan Iced Latte with a Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Sandwich & order of hash brown. Pineapple refresher was done correctly, but my other two items were horrible. I asked politely if they can re-make my iced latte they said they would, the presentation was horrible, it looked like a Horchata, even the employee said wait i don’t think that’s an iced latte… we both looked at each-other and she remade it. Now when she brought it back it looked like an actual iced latte & i took a taste, horrible, ice was very melted & the drink was overflowing. Now the manager there who goes by the name Sandra was just walking around watching what they were doing & i asked her if she can make my drink and she hesitated and said “we already made it again” “what is wrong with it” she simply said your getting a refund and returned my money back. At no point did i get to say or even ask for a refund, i just wanted my drink done correctly. I was like sure that’s fine. I didn’t argue or get feisty. I’m not sure if she was having a having a bad day or she is just miserable. She proceeded to say “at all dunkin locations we re-use the cups when the drink is done wrong” i was like that’s fine, just make my drink correctly please. This is not the first time she has been rude, i could not imagine the misery she puts her staff through. Now wait there’s more to this. I drove off with my sandwich and was like hmm let me check it out and make sure it’s the SWEET BLACK PEPPER BACON SANDWICH… and to my surprise it was regular bacon with white cheddar cheese on a croissant, so now i had to drive back and show her and she gave me a refund, as i was trying to explain she walked away and didn’t say a word. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and inconsiderate she was, over a simple little mistake she rather turn around, give a refund & walk away. This location is my everyday go to! The staff there is very professional and nice, i love that for them! I wouldn’t want this to be swept under a rug & everyone go on about their day. I don’t think this is the face that cooperate would want for Dunkin. I had to travel to a different location to get my drink because i don’t have plans on returning there soon. I worked for Dunkin so i know how stuff should be made.

  Horrible coffee like it been from yesterday. If I get sick from it I will file a complaint with health department

  7am on 04/23/26 I ordered a sausage croissant, an iced coffee and a frozen chocolate. Which she confirmed. Once I got to the window I only got my drinks and paid $16 and when I asked for my sandwich both ladies started freaking out that I didn't order it and If I wanted it I would have to go back around. I told her if it was their mistake why would I have to go around. Then she grabbed a bag and told me with the worst attitude "Ten te lo regalo porque tengo mucha gente". First of all I wasn't asking it for free I told I would Pay for it. Second IT WAS THE SANDWICH I ORDERED!!! Why were they so hostile if they knew they had it right there!!

  Today when we went an employee named Sandra took out her phone in front of us and scanned her dunkin points. She stole our points on an order of about $50 right in front of us when we had our app ready to scan.
