They scald be with hot coffee by not putting lids in and when I complained about the worker ther had a smirk in her face and wouldn’t give me her managers name. The literally scald me with coffee because they can put lids on properly. Didn’t a franchise get sued for something like this! Don’t got to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts they are awful. Who is the owner because this has happen way too many times

I My coffee had grease floating in it and the donuts tasted like they came from the Jewel grocery store down the street. They did not taste like the normal Dunkin Donuts glazed donuts which are light. These were thick and doughy.

It tasted like watery milk in addition I tasted NONE of the butter pecan. I took the coffee inside told the cashier my issue. She remade the same exact WATERED DOWN large cup of coffee. I was told by management that I couldn't get a refund because it was a mobile order. So $3.82 down the drain because Dunkin in my neighborhood wants to sell HOT, BROWN, MILKY WATER and call it coffee😡...I'm so upset by this at 7:15am. I'm definitely sending an email to customer service.
