The lack of hospitality when it comes this store is wild. Why choose a job you don’t like or have an attitude about. Like I’m literally on a bike and I couldn’t get a bag or a cup holder like nothing was wrong she just didn’t want to walk to get a bag I asked at the speaker box. Her response was we don’t give bags out for that like I’m a customer who wants a bag because I bought two items and I’m on a bike

I went back around to ask if coffee was being served, and the manager responded “only in the morning.” When I asked if they were serving coffee at that moment, she completely ignored taking my order, forcing me to leave and drive to another Dunkin location. Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience with this manager. She is consistently rude and unprofessional when speaking to customers. The only time her attitude seems to change is when she sees me with my wife, who works for Dunkin.
