- JHJoanna HerreraMay 13, 20261.0I’ve been a regular customer at Dunkin for a few months now but for the past few weeks the coffee has been consistently horrible. I understand mistakes happen occasionally, but this has become a repeated issue. I hope management pays more attention to quality and consistency because this location used to be much better. When Tatiana used work there , her coffee was very good. So far only two of the old employees that are still working there are pretty good when making my coffee, the rest need to get it together when making coffee. I always go thru drive thru today I have to go back and go inside the Dunkin because my coffee was horrible.
