Despite being the only customer present and four employees working behind the counter, no one acknowledged me or checked to see if I had been helped during a 20-minute wait. I eventually had to flag down an employee to let them know I was waiting on an online order. Once I did, the worker asked for my name and phone number to hand over the items; no accountability or anything to the effect as to why he allowed me to sit in store for 20minutes without having made a purchase as far as he knew .

They continued with the bad behavior. Stop coming into the black community with your franchises and other nationalities and disrespect the community that you are in and feel like they have to accept your ignorance hire with in the community or teach your employees manners and customer service . Or eff this location and go to the one on 71st and support them. I spoke up for every one in there #using my white for good and not tolerating or accepting anything less.. standing up for all!
