This was the only 24 hour Dunkin in the area, and I had to place a larger order for the crew breakfast. I placed it an hour in advance to give the staff time, but when I arrived I was yelled at by the employee who said you can’t place large orders before 6am because he is the only staff on duty. This is not a Dunkin policy to my knowledge and how was I suppose to know you were the only one there? I understand it is difficult to do a big order by yourself, but that is why I placed it in advance, and there were only 3 other people in the store. Even after I apologized he proceeded to yell at me over and over.

Not only were the employees kind and polite, but one manager really stood out. She welcomed us to Chicago and made us feel truly welcome. Every single penny I spent at this Dunkin’ was worth it. When I asked Lucy, the store manager, how long she had been doing this job, she told me 18 years. She said she loves her job—not because of the money, but because of the customers. It was so refreshing to experience such genuine kindness and great customer service. Happy to see there is still good customer service in this world! When my order did finally arrive, there was too much ice (though I had specified less ice), it was watery and not milky enough, and the matcha was in clumps when I sipped the drink. Poor drink and poor service. Choose a different location.
