  I would like to share an experience I had today at Dunkin’. One of the female employees — she has a facial piercing — was kind throughout the interaction, but I was very concerned about how my drink issue was handled. I order the same coffee every single day, so I immediately noticed something was wrong with it. The drink appeared much darker than usual, and there was visible chocolate drizzle along the inside of the cup. I am highly allergic to chocolate, so this was not a minor concern for me. When I brought it up, I was told the color was from the oat milk, but as someone who orders this exact drink regularly, I knew that was not correct. What upset me most was feeling as though my concern was being dismissed instead of taken seriously. Health and food allergies should always be handled carefully. While she did remake the drink, the situation made me uncomfortable because it felt like I had to defend myself over something I clearly recognized was wrong. I truly wasn’t trying to be difficult — I simply know what my drink normally looks and tastes like because I purchase it every day. I just wanted my concern to be acknowledged and handled with more care and understanding.

  Angel and Sylvia always a blast when I see them. They know my order by heart. Have great customer service towards everyone and my coffee always taste great! Love the atmosphere that these two amazing ladies create! 5 stars to them !

  I LOVE this Dunkin. The consistency is always there. I love the 2 ladies that always make my coffee 🥹. They’re super sweet and friendly. They make the coffee with love 🫶🏻
