- DDDaisyMar 23, 20261.0This is probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The manager at this establishment doesn’t even know how to run the floor! There’s only about 2 male employees who know how to give good customer service & actually do their jobs. I need to mention the older lady with glasses & grey hair who I usually see in the mornings is so unprofessional when helping customers! I’ve had the displeasure of speaking with her on several occasions & it’s always been with attitude. She has such an ugly personality. She is super obnoxiously loud as soon as I walk in I’m hearing her yelling/ complaining to the other employees about her doing her job that she gets paid to do!! The rest of the staff is always too busy talking/gossiping about each other to come & help the customers. I’ve been here multiple times since it’s close to home & it’s always the same awful experience unless I’m being helped by the nice tall gentleman that works there. No longer will be coming here though & I advise you all to not waste your time coming here either !

Coffee was ready waited 15 minutes for the toast and was told kitchen was behind with a nastt glare from someone. once I got it bread wasn't toast (defeats avocado toast) and just really made me remember why make my own breakfast!!! Won't be on rush tomorrow. Thanks $10 can keep in my pocket!!!
