She was rude to her customers and her employees and rushing to get orders and the orders were incorrect. If you are not a good people person, u should not b in the field of servicing ppl. After all of the chaos, she basically threw my credit card back at me and instead of saying, “Thank You” she said “HERE!” Like come on lady, it’s 7am. I’m sorry your having a bad start to your day but as a manager u should be ashamed of yourself ruining ur customers and employees day with the attitude. Get it together!
- RGRudy GarciaJun 8, 20261.0Regular customer here. I’ve noticed over the years, the employees are always different. Today, around 130pm, I went to get a croissant sandwich and hash browns. The dude who took my order at the drive thru acted as if he didn’t understand me. I clearly ordered a croissant sandwich and hash browns. He has the audacity to ask “what size”, to where I replied with: “medium” (assuming now they’re taking hash brown orders based on size). Anyway, I seen he put in “medium iced coffee” on the order, which obviously wasn’t what I had ordered. I corrected him immediately, even told him: “my bad”, and went to the window. At the window, I hear him fussing and moaning about the way I ordered my sandwich and hash browns. The drive thru window was open. I’m thinking to myself: “is he really THAT bothered?” At this point, I’m giving the dude grace.. as I’m on break at work and don’t have time to correct a clearly bothered employee. I wait and the dude finally brings my order. He’s a short, black guy with corn rolls / braids. He had an attitude when he handed me my food, which didn’t even include my hash browns. I had asked a different gentleman working with him, who is always friendly when i go there… to make my hash browns. Kudos to him. I don’t know his name, but he’s always polite. As for the other bothered employee… management needs to train new employees like him, how to treat customers, how to properly take orders at the drive thru. It didn’t help that he had loud music playing in the background, which could be heard all the away outside the drive thru window. I hope management corrects these types of behaviors from employees. It wasn’t that deep to be fussing and moaning over an obvious misunderstanding, while ordering my food.
