  The service was horrible!! The store wasn't set to close for at least 25 minutes and I made an online order through my app and the guy was pissed that he had to make hot food and all I ordered that was hot was 1 order of hash browns. He slammed door and items as he was preparing our drinks. I was having a family day out and this service was so upsetting and disrespectful.

  This has to be the worst Dunkin I've been to. Im not sure how you make ordering a coffee and a donut more complicated. There is always a line 5 deep with nobody stepping up to serve anyone...and when you do they ask you to detail our how much milk and sugar you want in your coffee (if I order a coffee milk and sugar every other Dunkin in the world just make it ..no more questions). The kiosks are overly complicated and slow everything down and they don't make simple coffee orders quickly to go...you get stuck behind the people ordering pumpkin lattes with oat milk.... The only upside is 50% of the time I just leave and save the calories.

  Siempre compro un mango-piña refresher de tamaño grande y hasta hoy me fije en el precio que tienen en su menú de pared. No me había dado cuenta que el precio es 5.19 sin ningún cargo extra. Solo el impuesto. Hoy compré lo mismo y me percate que me lo han estado cobrando 5.69. Cincuenta centavos más del precio regular, mínimo les e comprado entre 10 y 15 veces ese mismo producto. Supongo que no soy el único que compra esa bebida. Intenté solucionarlo con la chica que me atendió y solo atino a enseñarme la pantalla, pero no hizo nada por resolverlo. Porfavor managers o dueños chequen eso. Es muy desagradable darse cuenta que le están robando su dinero a sus clientes.
