- MLMarvin LopezAug 3, 20261.0I walked in to get a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee, not very welcoming environment. I ordered my food, iced coffee filled with warm milk tha. coffee. That wasn’t great.. 10 minutes later the cook told me can I help you? I replied by saying, yeah I’m waiting for my sandwich., they put my sandwich on the to go order drive-through. The manager there seemed that he didn’t give a damn what was going on. Didn’t even get a sorry for the wait.. the cook lady with a grumpy attitude gave me the sandwich and I told her that I wanted my sandwich on a croissant. She rolled her eyes took my sandwich made a different one.. sure enough when I left I decided to eat my sandwich and she only heat up the bread the egg and the bacon and the cheese was cold. What a poor unprofessional disrespectful environment.. will never come here again and I love Dunkin’ Donuts.

The cashier was a short chubby Hispanic woman, maybe in her 50s, she asked me to repeat myself and I told her my order. She kept making a face and then continued to say, "im gonna throw up." Over and over. I get that some items might have a silly name. But repeating "i want to throw up" And shes making my drink really upset me. I wanted to speak up but didnt want to be accused of being a Karen and I already wanted to leave. Not only did she kept complaining while making my coffee. She over charged me. She charged me an extra coffee that I never ordered and we had to get a refund. Do better.
- NONikki OsmonJul 5, 20261.0I come to this store because it’s so close to my apartment. But man, oh man… every single time I come in, this younger girl never greets you or even acknowledges you. Every time I’m there, she’s acting aggressive toward the other employees. If she got your order, trust me, she’ll make sure you know she got it. She’ll throw bagels on the counter, slam the oven door, the fridge door, honestly, any door hard enough for everyone in Ohio to hear that she’s working. When you say “thank you,” she just ignores you. She’s not only rude to customers, but to her own coworkers too. I’ve noticed it many times. I hope Dunkin’ invests in some customer service training for her, or maybe a few classes on basic manners. But I guess it’s a little late for that, considering she’s well past the age of five. Good luck to everyone who walks in when she’s working.
