- MGMelyssa Green1 day ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to the manager, Maria. She was rude and disrespectful when I simply asked for my drink to be corrected because the order was made incorrectly by my friend who purchased it. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, she gave him a hard time and refused to fix the drink or offer a refund, stating she was “not fixing it.” I had to get up out of bed and come in just to try to get the issue resolved myself, which made the situation even more frustrating. When I also mentioned that the phone number listed on Google for Dunkin was incorrect and needed to be updated, she shrugged her shoulders and showed no concern. There was no effort to correct the issue or provide any type of customer service recovery. Overall, the customer service was very poor, and there were no attempts to use basic problem-solving or de-escalation skills. I left feeling unheard and very disappointed. I hope management addresses these customer service concerns moving forward.I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to the manager, Maria. She was rude and disrespectful when I simply asked for my drink to be corrected because the order was made incorrectly by my friend who purchased it.
