  We come here all the time as we live close by. We stopped by for ice cream today and the place was empty. The possibly new girl or first job employee told us to hold on as she went to the bathroom. When she came out I informed her that my son has a nut allergy. She said “ok, you can eat at your own risk” WHO SAYS THAT?! 😂🤦‍♀️ I brushed it off and asked if she could wash off the ice cream scooper before his order. We are the only customers in this place. She just looked at me confused. So I asked again, She seemed to understand and then rolled her eyes!!! She took the scoop to the sink and rinsed it, not washed, just lightly rinsed in the sink. My son asked for 2 different ice creams and she told us we could only get a specific size with 2 different ice creams. So we got the larger size. The whole time she just seemed annoyed and it was very odd to say the least! So, if you are one of the millions who have a nut allergy don’t expect this woman to care! Maybe this is her first job and she’s never heard of allergies, maybe she has no idea how to interact w people or maybe she just hates people and her job. Just remember if you come here “eat at your own risk” and watch this girl crumble from mundane tasks/requests

  My girlfriend and I go through the Drive thru here weekly and the staff always remember us and remember our order. They are so friendly - this is our favorite Dunkin' in the city!

  The drive thru team is on another level. They’re so quick, I don’t know how they do it! This place gets super busy in the AM and they’re always on point. Thank you everyone for all of your hard work, it’s not easy!!

  Ok it's Dunkin. I won't go on about the food, can't say much about atmosphere either, bc if you've been to one you've been to them all. But the drive thru staff here is super courteous, super fast, always with a smile. I go out of my way to come to this one even with their janky drive thru traffic pattern!
