- JJjmarestra02Aug 9, 20264.0Generally, this Dunkin’ does the job. It is convenient and perfect for stopping by during the morning commute or for a pick me up in the afternoon. Unfortunately, I find the service in the afternoon to be lackluster. The employees working during this time are generally unfriendly and can skimp on the ice. Every time i get a refresher, there is little ice in it. At one point, I ordered a small drink and was charged for a medium sized one. In the morning, if you order ahead to avoid the morning rush, I think you should have no problems. I have done so many times and my order has always been accurate and the employees always made sure that I get what I need. They even recognize me as a regular, which is nice and speaks to the awesome customer service from the staff in the morning.
