- DCDaniel CJun 15, 20262.0I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I placed a mobile order ahead of time expecting a quick pickup, but when I arrived, my order was nowhere to be found. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, it became apparent that my ticket had either been lost or overlooked. Unfortunately, no one seemed aware of the issue until I asked about it multiple times. The staff was not even on top of it the problem was identified, but the entire purpose of ordering ahead is convenience and saving time. Waiting 20 minutes for a pre-ordered item defeats that purpose completely. If you’re in a hurry or relying on the mobile ordering system, I would recommend choosing another location. Hopefully management can improve the process so future customers don’t have the same experience.

I politely brought it back and asked for them to remake it. They said the bagels are always that hard I told her I’ve been coming here every day for the last 10 years and I’ve never had a bagel that hard she asked me did I want my money back instead of at least saying sorry and offering to remake . Hashbrowns also tasted like they were cooked in a dirty oven. I know how it taste like. I said I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. I will not be coming back.
