One of the employees, a man who works here, shouted a bad word at me in front of my son, he only came for a sandwich and a drink and the man behaved very rudely and looked very ugly at my son with autism, it was a bad experience for my son because precisely today that is his birthday he treats us this way, what a bad attitude and how bad that there are this type of employees in this type of business.

She is very careless and I blew it off way too many times. She literally just served me my coolatta while wiping coolatta out of her hair. She play in and swing her hair while serving food and never have on gloves. She wiped her head while putting the lid on my cup I darn near want to throw this drink. I think I’m over this location. Early mornings she move with no sense of urgency and talk to everyone other than the customer. This visit just pissed me off i literally come here everyday for years but until this girl is gone or properly trained im done and will encouraged my followers to do the same as you never know what’s coming when dealing with her. Burnt food or hair or etc… I literally watched her cough before without covering her mouth she literally don’t care and that’s disgusting to say the least yet she’s always in the food area. I’m sure then can see this behavior but clearly it’s not a problem 6/5/26 6:57pm I tried avoiding this review because I like the location but for some odd reason I have to keep dealing with this girl.

In the end, the store couldn’t prepare my order because the oven wasn’t working, but they didn’t want to cancel the order themselves. When I tried to cancel it through Uber Eats support, I couldn’t because I would have been charged, and Uber Eats redirected me to the store. Ultimately, I had to wait around 40 minutes for the order to be canceled automatically.
