  I want to share some feedback regarding my experiences at this Dunkin location, because unfortunately, what should be a quick and pleasant part of my weekly routine has consistently been disappointing. I visit Dunkin every week on my way to the train, and there have been numerous occasions when my order was either prepared incorrectly or, even when it was correct, the interaction itself felt unnecessarily unpleasant. What concerns me most is not simply an occasional mistake with an order mistakes happen but the consistent lack of warmth, patience, and basic courtesy I have experienced from some of the employees. There is often an attitude that makes customers feel as though their presence is an inconvenience rather than the reason the establishment is there in the first place. Today in particular, I witnessed two interactions that really stood out to me. In one instance, a woman who appeared to speak primarily Spanish was placing her order. The employee assisting her spoke to her in an unnecessarily condescending manner, including slowing down her speech while saying things such as, “You need to stand over there,” followed by a curt “Thank you.” There was nothing about the interaction that conveyed patience or kindness, and as someone simply standing by waiting for my own order, it was genuinely uncomfortable to witness. Customers should not feel embarrassed or belittled because they communicate differently or may need additional patience while placing an order. In another interaction, a customer asked a reasonable question regarding the Bears hats being offered with a purchase. Instead of receiving a friendly explanation, he was met with the same dismissive attitude. I also work in the service industry, so I understand firsthand that working with the public can be demanding. I also understand that employees have difficult days. However, professionalism and basic courtesy are especially important in customer service because employees are representing the entire brand with every interaction. A customer may forget whether their drink was perfect, but they are much more likely to remember how they were treated. I genuinely love Dunkin and have been a regular customer, which is why I feel this feedback is worth sharing rather than simply deciding to stop coming. I hope corporate takes the time to look into the customer-service culture at this location and considers whether additional training, coaching, or accountability may be necessary. I am not expecting perfection. I am simply hoping for a basic level of kindness, patience, and respect when customers walk through the door. Dunkin has built a brand that people incorporate into their everyday routines, and the experience inside the restaurant should reflect that same welcoming spirit. I sincerely hope this feedback leads to positive change. I will always have a love for Dunkin, but the customer experience at this particular location needs to improve.

  GO BEARS!!!!Everything about this Dunkin Donuts excites me. As soon as I arrive or head home I smell the delicious coffee cinnamon and other products. The Chocolate glazed, powdered sugar cream filled and banana muffins are prepared very carefully and fresh. The bakery has the best staff and management team. If you are traveling in the winter they prepared plenty of hot beverages. If you are on the move in the spring and fall plenty of soft drinks to choose from. Or in the hot and humid summer plenty of magnificent iced teas and coffees to cool down to. The Chicago Police are often present to make the visit safe and secure. Why wait in line in the airport when you can come here and purchase great treats and drinks for the wait or the train ride into the city. A very clean and sanitary venue. A Chicago hidden gem. Attend!!!!

  These have to be the most incompetent people I have ever laid ny eyes on. YOU CAN TELL THEM EXACTLY WHAT TO PUT IN UOUR COFFEE THEY DO THENCOMPLETE OPPOSITE. Dunkin Donuts you should do better as a corporation..

  Rude employees. Dunkin’ gave me cup with a leak lost 50% of my coffee & spilled all over my car. Wouldn’t exchange my coffee

  Very friendly customer service from everyone that worked there. Elizabeth was the one to attend me and she was super sweet and friendly :) love customer service like this definitely coming here again
