    Second time I had to leave my food there cause staff is too busy talking to customers about their life and not making the food fast enough before customers miss their train.

    This morning I had the choice to choose Starbucks and Dunkin. Boy O Boy, bad choice. I placed my mobile order as I walked in the door of the train station. I walk directly to Dunkin. That took less than a minute. There was 12 minutes before my train was leaving. I stood, waiting watching the clock and the orders being placed out for 'Mobile Pickup' my order was never sat on the counter. The young lady taking orders asked myself and another lady what our orders was. I had an iced coffee, sandwich, hash browns. When I tell you she check and said someone took both the orders. I knew that was not true. I stood there the entire time. Those orders were never made. I had to run and catch my train. I had to call customer service for a refund. I can not dealing with Dunkin at the train station anymore.
