  My mother had possibly the worst experience at this dunkin she's ever had. My mother visited this location and was waiting to be served for more than 10 minutes!!! The young lady that was there working the counter was deliberately ignoring the customers, talking to her other coworker in the back while they had customers waiting for more than the required time they're supposed to wait. I get that sometimes locations will bend the rules on cellphone usage or listening to music, but how my mother and the lady behind her were treated, was inexcusable. On top of that when my mother ordered her sandwich, and went to go and grab and eat it, the sandwich all smashed in all our years going to dunkin, she has never ever gotten a sandwich that looked so appetitizing. Its not all dunkins and not all the employees who work her just that one young lady. The other young ladies that are the morning shifters very nice very delightful, and get orders done quickly and correctly. The young man who is here mid-afternoon very polite as well. But that young lady I fear needs more training, very bad customer service.

  This location is pretty much the worst DD I’ve ever come across. I blame the management because there’s a constant turnover of employees, and for a busy location there’s only 2 people working when they could use at least twice that. I’ll never go here again

  I want to take a moment to recognize how incredibly kind and respectful the gentleman working at this Dunkin’ Donuts was. As an Amazon delivery driver, my day can be long and exhausting, and he went out of his way to show genuine courtesy. He welcomed me into the restaurant, allowed me to sit down and eat, and even let me wash my hands—something small that meant a lot during a busy route. His kindness, professionalism, and understanding truly stood out and made my day much better. Customer service like this is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you for treating people with such warmth and respect.
