- TMTatiah MarieeSep 7, 20261.0Below is a video of after this manager called 911 on me for requesting a refund. I’ve never had an experience like this. I ordered a few breakfast sandwiches hasbrowns and one large signature iced pumpkin latte. When my sister and I received the drink and tried it it was disgusted and she asked for more sweetener and he was very rude and dismissive saying he already added five pumps of pumpkin I asked if she could atleast get the whip cream and Carmel drizzle like in the picture and he said that was for the signature latte and that’s not what I ordered which it was what I ordered he just didn’t hear me. He proceeded to call me a liar I expressed that I didn’t appreciate how he was talking to me and requested a refund and he denied me which he should not have I have been in the food and beverage industry for ten years when someone wants a refund you give it to them he then proceeds to call the police yes the police because I wanted a refund when they arrived he told them that people like me come in here all the time and ask for discounts etc which one had nothing to do with me and two it was our first time ever in that Dunkin‘ Donuts stereotyping much. It took 30 minutes and the police intervening to finally get compensated. I was never planning on coming back here yet he felt the need to state he’s banning us from the establishment absolutely fine with me. I’ve never been through anything like this in my life and I still cannot believe it.

I really appreciate that I was offered a napkin with my order, even though they were available on the counter. Nice touch.
