He replied, but he spoke so fast I could not understand him. I said I'm sorry, I didn't understand you. He repeated himself, but again was unclear in his speech. So we sat at the speaker and waited, unsure what to do. After about 30 seconds we were yelled at "HELLO!!" So I yelled back "HIII!!" He said pull forward to the window, perfectly clear. I don't understand the reason for being unclear when speaking to a customer. Or maybe he was speaking to us in a different language thinking we understood him, but the whole experience was rude and unnecessary.

It was as if they didn’t want any of us here. 2 people walked out because we was ignored. 2 workers working the drive thru and the other workers just avoided us. I guess they prioritize drive through even tho when you go through the drive through. They are rude aswell I thought walking in would be better. But overall the service sucks here!!!

The guy behind the counter was **completely checked out**. I tried to give him my order clearly, but he wasn't even pretending to listen. Instead of actually inputting what I asked for, he just wandered off, threw some random items together, and shoved them at me like I was supposed to be happy with whatever he felt like making. To top it off, I showed up at **9:00**, and the energy in the place was just dismal. If you actually want the food you’re paying for, go somewhere else. This guy just does whatever he wants regardless of what comes out of your mouth. **Pros:** None. **Cons:** Everything. Don't waste your time.
