They never have a smile on their face and are not welcoming at all. They always seem inconvenienced to be of service. They always mess up on my order. One time the girl made my frozen coffee watery and it had no flavor. I asked kindly if it can be remade and she refused and started an argument. Also they always have the music too loud to hear anything else. This is so upsetting to not be able to go to my local Dunkin.

They wanted to up charge when asked for no ice in a drink, which has never happened before, and when asked why, when nothing extra was ADDED to the drink to charge more for, i was thrown out! I had placed an order for 5 munchkins and only got 4…. As for my sandwich I got only one egg when I paid extra for a second one and the top of my everything bagel is COVERED on the seasoning and burnt…. I will never be coming back and will instead to one of the many coffee shops nearby.
