  Disrespectful and incompetent employees. They made me the wrong drink and refused to give me my money back when I brought it to their attention. Then the employee wanted to argue with me as if I don’t order the same thing every time I go to a Dunkin, and that it’s acceptable to mess up an order and not amend the situation. Worse service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin.

  I have been coming here for years and for the past week I have been waiting for my order for more than 25 minutes just the refresher and everything bagel. MARIA, who prepares the sandwiches is an excellent worker but this week they have been putting her everywhere. The cashier the drinks the coffee the sandwiches she’s only one person she can’t work for four people. They need to hire more people. I haven’t seen the manager all week usually she’s there at 6 o’clock in the morning. Maria is not superwoman. They need to hire more workers

  I have called to speak to the manager and it seems like she's never there after 10am .. but than I get told that there's 2 managers I have left massages and still havnt herd from them also employee says they don't pick up the phone while they are in rush hour. So if customers call they don't get acknowledged after certain HR or time of the day . Rude

  It's okay but always a problem. Wrong order. Don't have this or that, incorrect amount, but always polite!

  I had a big order for work this morning and this place made it so easy for me. I walked in and I felt like I was at a small town coffee shop. The sense of community was strong. What a wonderful surprise for me. I am very impressed with the workers kindness and customer service. Thank you for giving me such a great experience today.
