Chicago law states that if you provide seating for customers to eat, you must have a restroom available for them. Yet, when you ask, they tell you it’s broken. So, where are you supposed to go when you need to use the facilities? They just say, "Sorry, it's closed."

I was going to buy, but obviously when I saw that, I would not do it anymore. And I showed the photo to the worker, and he didn't mind. Que asco, y habían más moscas allí dentro . Tienen esa vitrina abierta, y las moscas 🪰 entran y salen. Iba a comprar, pero obvio que al ver eso ya no lo haría. Y le mostré la foto al trabajador, y no le importó.

I got into a big argument with them.N IVE went to many dunkin' donuts, and they do not have problems with this, but every time I go TO some Dunkin' Donuts, I go THROUGH this problem. I buy about 4 ice matches a day. This is not a good way to treat 1 of your best customers by gypping them and making them purchase an extra dollar cuz. You want less ice and more matcha. Because you're aware of the trickery with the ice and the blender to give their customers less product. And the women were very very rude. Call me disrespectful names and denied me service. Because I wouldn't let them swindle me on on Ice to short me on product if I wanted a large cup of ice, I would have asked for a large of ice with less than a small cup's worth of matcha you ever been in a situation when you brought a couple matcha, and you took two sips, and it was gone.And all you see the big old cup of ice left smh that's what they be doing.. and Telling me it was management's discretion.So anybody who buys any coffee drinks in here?Any type of drinks Be awareThey're gonna fill your cup up with ice to give you less valume of product! So you think you're getting a large?In other words, you're really getting a small because of the heavy ice in the cup taking up space
