  The food is decent but the drinks are terrible, tasting like dish liquids and all the time I order ice coffee and matcha they made without flavor or the required milk,(as lactose intolerant i prefer oat milk).It says on recipt i wanted mocha flavor but drink don't has it...I won't order drinks from this place ever again.

  I’ve been going to the same Dunkin’ Donuts for about two years, and their bathroom is always “out of service.” As a regular customer who pays $5–6 for coffee, it’s frustrating not being allowed to use it. It’s hard to believe it’s been out of service for that long, it feels more like they just don’t want to deal with it.

  Convenient it being right by the rail station and all the bus routes. Jefferson Park is one of the last true northwest Chicago areas. Service okay. Donut's are fresh that's if you get them in the morning.

  I bought a cake here yesterday as a birthday gift for my son’s birthday today. Despite being kept in the fridge, when I opened it today, it was clearly spoiled and inedible. I have photos to prove the poor condition of the product. It is incredibly disappointing that Dunkin' would sell such low-quality, potentially unsafe food. This completely ruined our celebration. I strongly advise against buying bakery items from this location as they clearly do not monitor expiration dates."
