- MMMichell Alvarez (Michi)1 day ago1.0second time getting coffee here. they always forget the coldfoam on my mobile orders and the coffee taste like water. the lady in the drive thru gave me attitude when i wanted a sippy lid on my coffee WITH coldfoam. it should ALWAYS have sippy lid. NOT strawlid when theres coldfoam. i was a barita for 2 years and i have NEVER experienced this in the coffee industry. terrible dunkin. please uf youre reading this go somewhere else for coffee. maybe a local shop.

I asked for a refund or cancellation, but the staff refused and told me I had to contact corporate. They also incorrectly claimed that corporate support was available over the weekend. I called in front of them and confirmed that this wasn’t true. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told no manager was on-site. They contacted someone named Chirag by phone, who also refused to help. To make matters worse, they gave me a regular receipt that looks like in case the order was “picked up,” even though I never received anything. I ended up losing $20 with no resolution. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I would not recommend this location. Horrible and unprofessional!

Literally asked for 2 donuts, got charged for it gave me the other stuff and when I asked for a straw kicked me out of the drive through as if I was holding up the line. Need a lesson in customer service and mind you expectations of dunkin are extremely low, because dunkin. But, I run a multimillion dollar company and I usually understand things when they happen, but this treatment was straight up an inconvenience for existing on a Sunday morning. thanks for watching out for my cholesterol I guess. Won’t be back

I bought my own XL coffee and paid 4$ for a damn coffee. No adds ons or anything JUST PLAIN COFFEE. Mr. India tokd me it's a 1.25$ charge extra. WHY?? Sad that companies are this cheap and greedy for money.
