  donuts are never iced correctly, coffee is never made correctly. ordered a dunkalatte this morning and they used iced coffee as if i couldn’t tell, tried giving them a chance idk who i pissed off over there but i’ll do it again!

  I had a bad experience at this Dunkin’ location. I ordered two large iced matcha drinks, but when I started drinking mine in the car, I realized it didn’t have any flavor—it tasted like something was missing. I went back inside and told the staff. Instead of remaking the drink, the employee just opened the lid and added something to it, which didn’t feel right or professional. The customer service was disappointing, and the quality of the drink was not what I expected. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
