I was waiting for my order for 20 minutes when I went up to ask them if they were making my order. the manager told me I “wasn’t listening” and that they threw my order away. She then said “I don’t care if you get your food or not, you should have been listening.” It may sound hard to believe that this 50+ year old women was yelling at a teenage customer, however, this not the first time the manager has behaved like this. There have been multiple instances where she has yelled at my friends and I. I find this interaction very rude and extremely upsetting, especially considering my friends and I have been loyal customers of this location for over 6 months.

The manager is also super rude and always yelling at customers, and another time she threw away my food because I didn’t come up to the stand quick enough.
